CMA’s deluxe center cut pork chops are consistent and high quality. We start with selected, young pork loins, clip the tail and chine bones and hand cut to popular portion sizes. Special portion cuts are also available upon request. We remove the tenderloin, cut the chine bone near the spinal cord grove and cut the scribe within 2 inches of the eye muscle. From order to order, you can depend on consistently lean, uniform size cuts. We lock-in the fresh taste by layer packing at colder temperatures in thicker poly bags and corrugated boxes.
