Since our founding in the famed Chicago Stockyards area, CMA has earned a reputation as a dependable partner to thousands of meat buyers and producers. CMA has invested in a better trained, more dedicated workforce and equipped it with state-of-the-art production technology. We are a full-line processor of beef, pork and chicken serving the foodservice and further processing markets. Our menu has grown to more than 700 products ranging from value-added pork loins and pork picnics to a full line of portion-control meats. Here’s more:

  • Twenty-five percent of our butchers have been here for more than 15 years.
  • CMA can process 3 million pounds of value-added beef, pork and poultry each week and ships to more than 55 countries.
