Chicago Meat Authority’s Diced Chicken is ready for your kitchen! Our diced chicken is boneless, skinless, and trimmed so there is no need to worry about further preparing in your operation. We use a clean label marinade solution to give you moisture retention and ease of cooking. Each chicken breast is diced with a target size of .75″ per piece. This diced chicken is great for tacos, burritos, salad and pizza topping,  stir fry, and more!
