Sirloin Cut Pork Chops

CMA’s sirloin cut pork chops are cut from butcher-quality, young pork loins and skillfully hand cut to popular portion sizes. We only cut them from the sirloin end of the loin. They offer a consistent end cut for an economical menu item. Custom portion cuts are also available upon request. We lock-in the fresh taste by packing at colder temperatures in thicker poly bags and corrugated boxes. Inspections at every phase of production are an added assurance on your satisfaction.
