Over the last year, restaurant traffic during breakfast time has grown by 4 percent.
However, restaurant traffic in the United States has stayed flat during lunch and dinner; whereas the afternoon snack period has declined 2 percent. Source: The NPD Group
CMA is Beef Export Verification (BEV) certified by the USDA’s Agricultural Marketing Services (AMS).
What does this mean?
In order to be able to export to certain countries, e.g. Japan, all beef must have proper documentation to verify the origin of the beef.
Here is a list of some of the countries we export to and have in the past:
