Char-grilled Ranch Steaks with Roasted Garlic Wild Mushroom Cream Sauce

Ingredients...

  • 4-5 CMA 4 oz. Beef Ranch Steaks
  • 2 oz. of Unsalted Butter
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 6 oz. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup of Half-and-Half
  • 1 cup of Culinary Cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp. of Roasted Garlic Concentrate
  • 4 cups of cooked Egg Noodles

Directions...

  • Salt and pepper ranch steaks.
  • Grill to desired specification (turning once).
  • Place one oz.
  • of butter into saute pan and caramelize mushrooms.
  • Add Half-and-Half, Culinary Cream and Roasted Garlic into saute pan and render until the sauce thickens.
  • Adjust seasoning.
  • Add remaining butter to hot noodles, top with sliced steak.
  • Ladle on sauce.
