Char-grilled Ranch Steaks with Roasted Garlic Wild Mushroom Cream Sauce

Ingredients...
- 4-5 CMA 4 oz. Beef Ranch Steaks
- 2 oz. of Unsalted Butter
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 6 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup of Half-and-Half
- 1 cup of Culinary Cream
- 1 1/2 tsp. of Roasted Garlic Concentrate
- 4 cups of cooked Egg Noodles
Directions...
- Salt and pepper ranch steaks.
- Grill to desired specification (turning once).
- Place one oz.
- of butter into saute pan and caramelize mushrooms.
- Add Half-and-Half, Culinary Cream and Roasted Garlic into saute pan and render until the sauce thickens.
- Adjust seasoning.
- Add remaining butter to hot noodles, top with sliced steak.
- Ladle on sauce.
