Ingredients...

  • 2 lbs. of CMA Premium Pork Tenderloins
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons grenadine syrup or pomegranate juice
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic (about 2 cloves)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Directions...

  • Place pork in a resealable plastic bag.
  • Combine marinade ingredients in small bowl; pour over pork in bag.
  • Turn bag to coat pork with marinade.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • (Line roasting pan with aluminum foil for easy clean up, if desired.) Remove pork from bag; discard marinade.
  • Place pork on rack in roasting pan and roast for 20-30 minutes or until the pork’s internal temperature reaches 155 degrees.
  • Remove from oven and let stand for 10-15 minutes.
