Ingredients...

  • 4 CMA Flat-Style Cubed Beef Cutlets, 6 oz. portions
  • 2 egg whites, well beaten
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • Prepared salsa
  • Plain Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of unseasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon of cornmeal
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper

Directions...

  • 1) Combine egg whites and milk in a shallow dish.
  • Combine coating ingredients in second shallow dish.
  • Dip beef steaks into egg white mixture, then into coating mixture, to coat boath sides. 2) Heat oil in large non-stick skillet over medium to medium-high heat until hot.
  • Place steaks in skillet; cook 5 to 6 minutes, turning once.
  • Serve with salsa and yogurt.
