- 4 CMA Flat-Style Cubed Beef Cutlets, 6 oz. portions
- 2 egg whites, well beaten
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- Prepared salsa
- Plain Yogurt
- 1/2 cup of unseasoned bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon of cornmeal
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
Directions...
- 1) Combine egg whites and milk in a shallow dish.
- Combine coating ingredients in second shallow dish.
- Dip beef steaks into egg white mixture, then into coating mixture, to coat boath sides.
2) Heat oil in large non-stick skillet over medium to medium-high heat until hot.
- Place steaks in skillet; cook 5 to 6 minutes, turning once.
- Serve with salsa and yogurt.
