We think a career with a company that appreciates and values its employees is much more important than a mere job. As we begin our 28th year in business, we wanted to salute the employees who have made Chicago Meat Authority much more than just a job, they have made it a home, a family a life-long career. I believe that success is 80 percent execution and it is for this reason that we intend to invest even more in our employee base in 2018. We will bring better business concepts into our management practices. We will take care of everyone who wants to make their company a better place to work. We will continue to look for people with the right skill set, the right attitude, who are team players and we will always look for employees who want to be part of the solution rather than a contributor to any problem. We will continue to treat people equally based on merit regardless of their gender orientation, race or ethnicity. We will continue to endorse a corporate culture free of harassment and discrimination of any kind. Not only is this good business, but it also is the right thing to do. And on our anniversary, as we do every year, we celebrate all of our employees and give special recognition and my personal thank you to the five who this year reached the 25-year level of tenure with us. We also applaud the two employees who have entered the Diamond League this year, signifying their 10 years of employment. And we give thanks to the 53 who are entering the Burgundy Circle, signifying their 5-year commitment to the company. Twenty-five percent of our butchers have more than 15 years of experience at CMA and half have been here more than five years. Chicago Meat Authority is a reflection of the devotion of our employees and our customers. We applaud you and thank you and are excited to see how well we will perform in this new year.
